First Star Enterprises is not separate from who I am—it is an extension of how I live, listen, and hold space.

At its heart:

First Star Enterprises is a purpose-driven wellness and personal development practice devoted to generational healing and meaningful personal transformation. I believe that the patterns, beliefs, and emotional wounds carried through family lines are not here to punish us—but to be recognised, understood, and gently transformed.

My heart is geared towards healing generational trauma and inherited soul patterns in people—the unseen threads that quietly shape our choices, relationships, and sense of self. When these patterns are brought into awareness, they lose their power to repeat unconsciously. This is where healing becomes liberation—not just for the individual, but for the generations that follow.

My approach:

It is holistic, intuitive, and deeply human. I work with Tarot, Reiki, QHHT, and Somatic Healing.  I also interconnect the modalities to get the best results. Tarot becomes a mirror and a language for inner truth. Reiki supports release, recalibration, and renewal. QHHT delves that bit deeper into the past to help illuminate what is ready to shift and where new beginnings are calling.

I specialise in: 

New starts and great transformations—those moments where life asks you to shed an old skin, step out of survival patterns, and consciously choose a different way forward. This work is about breaking cycles with compassion, reclaiming inner wisdom, and creating a legacy rooted in self-awareness, resilience, and love.
