Blue Wren Therapy endeavours to be the wren that supports, inspires, and motivates you to work through these challenges and create the changes you want to see.

Blue Wren Therapy is the nest of the Unstuck Method. The Unstuck Method reframes being stuck as an opportunity to get curious and self-reflect.  By exploring our problems and our potential solutions through curiosity, intuition, and experimentation, we learn to see things differently and move forward with hope. Rooted in the principle that when the student is ready, the teacher appears, it transforms uncertainty into insight and movement.

My services are designed for you to walk away with insights and areas to work on from the first point of engagement. I work with individuals, couples and helping professionals offering 1:1 and group options both online and outdoors in Townsville.

I offer flexible appointment lengths to meet your needs. Sometimes you might need a short check-in, other times you may want longer to get extra curious. 

I want to share my Unstuck Method and Card Deck with as many people as possible. I am available for talks and workshops in a variety of settings including workplaces, community events and conferences.
