Step into a nurturing and transformative space where energy moves, awakens, and heals.

This Reiki I class is designed to guide you into the gentle yet powerful world of universal life force energy—helping you unlock your natural healing abilities while cultivating balance, vitality, and deep inner connection.

You’ll learn hands-on techniques, intuitive practices, and structured methods to confidently give and receive Reiki. This class weaves together calm, restorative healing with spiritual insight, teaching you how energy flows through the body and how to work with it for emotional harmony, clarity, and resilience.

"If you give people light, they will find their own way." - Phil Donahue

At the same time, you’ll be invited to explore the sensual, energetic dimension of Reiki—the subtle tingles, warmth, and magnetic shifts that open pathways to presence, connection, and personal empowerment. These practices awaken your inner light, stir your senses, and help you embody your authentic energetic power.

Whether you’re seeking personal healing, spiritual growth, or professional skills to support others, this class offers you a grounded and inspiring journey.

Reconnect. Realign. Rise into your fullest energy.

When you are ready to go further I also offer Reiki II and Reiki Master Attunements.

All my classes are face-to-face and one-to-one, and run a Sunday. In this way you receive personal attention and we can run the class for the 5 hours. Also includes a folder with all the notes, hand placements handouts, Certificate as well as lunch for the day, see the extensive list below.

For those that would like to practice Reiki, I also sell the beautiful Celestial Reiki CD from my online shop. This CD features the 3min chime to assist you with moving your hand placements to the next position.
